A family story
Strong values

The restaurants L'Amiral, La Réserve and La Voile are different in their atmosphere, their cuisine and their setting, but they all come together around important values ​​such as flavors, gluttony and good products.

It all started in 2015, when Paul and his family acquired the first restaurant. Over the years, they obtained two other restaurants and expanded their team, while maintaining their simplicity, authenticity and sympathy.

Soon, Céline, community manager, will join the ranks of the Aurora Group!

Chef Jean-Philippe

Welcome to La Réserve, where every day Chef Jean-Philippe offers you traditional cuisine, with Provençal inspirations. The good and beautiful local products are sublimated in colorful and appetizing plates.

The chef likes to revisit, rework and enhance our grandmothers' recipes. A trip to the heart of Provence is offered to you. In this restaurant, everything is homemade!

The chef's specialty: bouillabaisse which is served to you according to the rules of the art!

Restaurant L'Amiral
Chef Kevin

Enter the haven of indulgence offered by Chef Kévin, at the L'Amiral restaurant. He has turned his establishment into a semi-gastronomic restaurant where seafood specialties are given pride of place.

The chef likes to cook and revisit emblematic dishes of the Côte d'Azur and Provence, always using fresh products caught a few kilometers away.

Chef Alexis

After training in Cannes palaces and having spent six years as a Chef on a private beach in Pampelonne in Saint-Tropez, Chef Alexis moved to Restaurant La Voile.

It welcomes you every day with Mediterranean cuisine, full of sunshine, flavors and modernity. He likes to revisit his dishes, created from local products, by offering an Asian twist.
