A family story
Strong values

The restaurants L’Amiral, La Réserve, La Voile, and L’Ostrea are all different in their ambiance, cuisine, and setting, but they all share important values such as flavor, indulgence, and quality ingredients.

It all started in 2015 when Paul and his family acquired the first restaurant. Over the years, they have acquired new restaurants and expanded their team, all while maintaining their simplicity, authenticity, and friendly approach.

Welcome to La Réserve, where every day Chef Jean-Philippe offers you traditional cuisine, with Provençal inspirations. The good and beautiful local products are sublimated in colorful and appetizing plates.

The chef likes to revisit, rework and enhance our grandmothers' recipes. A trip to the heart of Provence is offered to you. In this restaurant, everything is homemade!

The chef's specialty: bouillabaisse which is served to you according to the rules of the art!
